This prestigious recognition honors insurance professionals who demonstrate exceptional service to their agency, the insurance industry, and their community. State winners also have the opportunity to compete for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year award.
Josselyn’s commitment to her clients, her continued professional growth, and the care she brings to her work every day are exactly what make her such an important part of The Insurance Market team.
This recognition is especially meaningful to us because it marks the second consecutive year a member of The Insurance Market team has received this honor. In 2025, Jessica Parrott was named Delaware’s Outstanding CSR of the Year State Winner.
