Kristin Cline is an accomplished professional with nearly four years of experience in the insurance industry. She joined The Insurance Market in 2021 as an Account Manager and has since demonstrated her commitment to professional growth and excellence. Kristin holds several industry certifications, including Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, earned in 2023, and Certified WorkComp Specialist (CWCS) from the Institute of WorkComp Professionals, also earned in, 2023. Prior to her career in insurance, Kristin spent ten years as a Radiologic Technologist, holding national and state registrations until last year. She has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science – Radiologic Technology. In addition to her professional achievements, Kristin is an active volunteer with the PTO at her son’s school, showcasing her dedication to both her career and her community. Jesus began his career with The Insurance Market in April 2023 as a Business Development Representative and quickly advanced to Senior Marketing Associate in March 2024. With five years of management experience in logistics, he brings a strong foundation in strategic planning and team leadership, despite being relatively new to the insurance industry.

He earned a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Information Systems from Salisbury University and holds a Certified WorkComp Advisor designation from the WorkComp Institute.

In 2024, Jesus was recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 in Philanthropy by the Community Foundation for his dedication to community service. He is the Immediate Past Chair of United Way Emerging Leaders and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. Jesus maintains strong, ongoing involvement in community service and outreach initiatives throughout the Lower Eastern Shore.

Cheryl Fuchs is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in both the insurance and transportation industries. She has been a valued member of The Insurance Market since October 2020, serving as the Marketing Associate for Commercial Insurance Lines of Business. With over 20 years of experience as a commercial lines marketing associate, Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Before joining The Insurance Market, Cheryl spent more than 20 years in the transportation industry, further enhancing her skills and understanding of complex business environments. Daniela Hernandez joined The Insurance Market in 2026 as a Commercial Lines Account Associate. She brings a strong customer service background and a solid foundation in business operations from her previous role at Sherwin Williams, where she worked as a part-time store associate. In that role, Daniela supported commercial account setup, managed customer transactions, and developed a strong understanding of both commercial and residential client needs. Daniela is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance at Wilmington University, and she holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Delaware Technical Community College. She has also earned a Certificate in Multiliteracy in Spanish and English and is continuing to expand her skillset through studies in project management and human resources. Ashley Mellin has been an integral part of The Insurance Market since October 2017, serving as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Idaho, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Ashley has been recognized as an IM Anytime Ambassador in 2018, a testament to her dedication and exceptional service. Before joining The Insurance Market, she spent 12 years at Walgreens as a senior certified pharmacy technician, where she honed her skills in customer service and communication. In addition, Ashley has worked for a direct-sales company for 12 years, further sharpening her ability to connect with and support clients.

Teresa (Terri) L. Moore has been a dedicated member of The Insurance Market team since February 2, 1986. She began her career in the Personal Lines Department, where she worked for approximately five years before transferring to the Commercial Lines Department. There, she ascended to the role of Commercial Lines Manager, a position she held for over 20 years. In 2018, Terri made the decision to step down and work a four-day week to spend more time with and take care of her mother.

Throughout her remarkable 39-year tenure at The Insurance Market, Terri has earned several prestigious designations from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She also holds the Certified WorkComp Specialist (CWCS) designation from The Institute for WorkComp Professionals.

Before embarking on her insurance career, Terri attended Delaware Technical Community College for two years, studying Human Services and Psychology. She also studied Dental Radiology at Wor-Wic Community College and worked for three years as a dental assistant.

Janet A. Morgan has been a dedicated member of The Insurance Market team since January 1993, serving as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. With 15 years of experience in the banking industry and 31 years in the insurance industry, Janet brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in November 1996 and became a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist (CWCS) in March 2023.

Janet is also an active member of her community. She is a member of the Laurel Alumni Association and served as its President from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, she is a member of the Centenary Church Choir and Bell Choir.

Daniel Neely began his journey with The Insurance Market in February 2025 as a Sales Intern and now serves as a Marketing Associate. Haleigh Nichols joined The Insurance Market in 2022 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. With one year of experience in this role, she has quickly proven her expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service to clients. As a former yachting professional who has crossed the Atlantic Ocean, Dean understands the critical importance of preparation, foresight, and protecting valuable assets. His impressive maritime experience includes navigating various challenging and scenic waters, including the Swedish and Norwegian Fjords, the North Sea into Scotland, the Mediterranean, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, the Sea of Cortez, the San Juan Islands in Washington, and Alaska.

He began his career in employee benefits, where he earned his Life & Health license and gained valuable experience in client service and account management. He then transitioned into logistics, specializing in carrier relations and transportation coordination, before moving into commercial operations and B2B management in the vehicle rental industry. Logan progressed through multiple leadership roles, including management trainee, assistant manager, and commercial branch leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arkansas State University and is passionate about mentoring and youth development. Logan previously volunteered as a mentor in Northeast Arkansas school districts and continues to coach youth football with Cape AYF and the Woodbridge School District.
