Prior to joining BBSI, Wade spent 15 years with Maryland Occupational Safety & Health, where he served in multiple roles within the enforcement division. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented effective safety programs that enhance employee protection, ensure regulatory compliance, and significantly reduce workers’ compensation costs.
Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Industrial Hygiene Management from Millersville University.

Overall, Kendall has over 30 years of diversified risk management, safety, health & environmental experience in manufacturing, construction, consulting, and public sector.
He’s helped organizations develop, implement, and audit programs improving worker & public safety, achieving regulatory compliance, and reducing frequency & costs of injuries and property damage.
Kendall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Industrial Hygiene Management from Millersville University.

Andy Hartstein has been with The Insurance Market since 2009 and currently serves as Principal. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Salisbury University and has earned several industry designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager and Certified WorkComp Advisor.
Andy was named Coastal Style Best Insurance Agent in Sussex County in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and became a partner in IMHR in March 2024. He is actively involved in the community, serving on multiple boards and coaching his three children in youth sports.
